~ Capturing the moment ~

[Solaris]

During the turmoil that surrounds us,
we each are looking for a moment of peace.
It's interesting to see that nothing really ever changes,
we are the same person that we were long ago.
We may change our views our understandings our relationships,
but we cannot change who we are.

And in this time of technology,
it's good to turn the world off, for only a moment,
and capture the moment in the heart and listen to the silence.

What is truth, who define our truth ?
In essence we are the ones that create our own reality our truth.
And we need nothing new to create our own reality,
everything that we need, we already posses in our unique lightbody.

In this moment, I would like to stand still and light a candle
for friends, family and those that are close to heart.
It seems those that are close, are the ones that we push far away.
And in the end it's all circles , we are all part of the circle of love.

And so there is not much needed to comfort a heart,
a smile, some gentle words, a touch is all that is needed.
It makes me wonder if the world is complex, or if it is
our simple mind that makes this world complex.

Answers are not important, words never answer the questions of the soul.
All we have is now, this moment and still many choose to live
in the past or in the future but not in the present.
The now is hard to deal with, it faces us with our fears.
This now is a mirror of the soul.

Are we ready to really see who we are, to see each other as we truly are?
In order for this to happen we first need to see ourselves,
and accept the one that we are for the light and love that we are.
We are sparks of the universe, blessed with a heart *
It's time we use the heart to capture the moment.

When we see ourselves, our true selves then there will be changes,
And it will be the first time again, we can see in the eye of each other
and this is when understanding begins.
